Glade Dance Collective presents a Contemporary Mixed Bill

Glade Dance Collective perform a contemporary mixed bill on May 7 – 8 at Dance Place in Brookland / Edgewood, NE DC.  The performance includes new work and features live music by rogue collective and original compositions by John Lee.

In addition to its signature collaborative evening-length works, Glade nurtures choreography created by its individual members. Fresh from working with patients at Saint Elizabeths Hospital, students at Gallaudet University and the wider dance community through National Choreography Month, this performance includes brand new work from Glade and its choreographers.

Glade Dance Collective most recently appeared at Dance Place as part of 2015’s Capital Fringe Festival. Its performances of Mine/Field featured “exquisite geometry” (DC Metro Theater Arts) and “breath of fresh air” (DC Theatre Scene).
