DPR Aquatics Division to Hold Candlelight Vigil in honor of Zaan Scott

The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Aquatics Division will hold a candlelight vigil in honor of deceased DPR swim instructor Zaan Scott. The vigil will take place at Rumsey Aquatic Center where Zaan worked.
