Asian and Pacific Catholic Network Hosts 2nd Annual International Cultural Festival

The Asian and Pacific Catholic Network (APCN) presented its 2nd Annual International Cultural Festival this past weekend at Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington. It represented an opportunity for various group representing the diversity of our area to showcase their culture.

“An event like this is a celebration of diversity and the cultural festival is therefore very important and has potentially a significant effect on the successful integration and exchange between pepole and societies,” the Festival Planning Committee stated in the event’s program.

Countries represented included Korea, Samoa, India, Philippines, Indonesia, China, Cambodia, Russia and Vietnam.
