The annual bountiful display of Cherry Blossoms around the Tidal Basin in our Nation’s Capital serves as a rite of Spring and the beginning of the peak tourist season, bringing thousands upon thousands of visitors to take in the spectacle.

This year marks 100 years from when the Japanese government gifted our country with the cherry trees. The annual Cherry Blossom Festival offers visitors to experience all forms of entertainment and cultural enriching festivities to mark the occasion. Among the most popular events is the National Cherry Blossom Parade. Our cameras caught a few highlights as participants made their way along Constitutional Avenue.
