Signature Theatre has an exciting event coming soon and we thought this would be a great opportunity for your community experience a fun day filled with live performances and arts events across five different stages for the whole family! Signature Theatre’s annual Open House is a hit every year that fills the Shirlington Plaza with theatre and music lovers from all over the DC area. This year our Open House is on August 2 and runs all day from noon to 8:30pm. There will be numerous FREE performances throughout the Signature complex that will be starting every fifteen minutes. As well as a one-day-only in person ticket sale at the Box Office for discounts of up to 50% for all shows in Signature’s upcoming 2015/16 season. So come join us for this all-day extravaganza. The Tony Award®-Winning Signature Theatre opens its doors on Sunday August 2 for its annual Open House, an all-day extravaganza full of live performances and arts events across five different stage. Free and completely open to the public, this special one day event runs from noon until 8:30pm.
The Open House offers something for everyone:
Live performances and the debut of the Signature Voice Competition
· Master classes and demonstrations
· A family cabaret featuring Disney show tunes and kid-friendly pop hits for the whole family!
· A Broadway Sing-a-long
· Families will find a moon bounce, popcorn, crafts and more – all for free!
DIRECTIONS
Signature Theatre is located at 4200 Campbell Avenue (22206) off I-395 at the Shirlington exit (#6). After the exit, blue Signature signs mark the way to the theatre. Free parking is available in two adjacent public garages. Please note that Campbell Avenue is a new street and some GPS online mapping systems do not yet recognize Signature Theatre’s address.
