The Washington Sino American Education Foundation and the Window to China program at Fairfax Public Access together hosted their first fall kids festival Saturday on Halloween in Oakton, Va. The event featured kid-friendly activities including pumpkin carving instructed by professionals, international dance performances and potluck style food from our local communities.
The highlight of the event was the dance performances with a diverse array of dancers from various parts of the world making it a truly multi-cultural event.
